Family-friendly Caribbean destination wedding ceremony

BEACHES FAMILY DESTINATION WEDDINGS

Beaches Wedding Packages for Family Celebrations

Beaches Resorts brings children, teens, parents, grandparents and friends into one all-inclusive wedding trip. The current resorts—Beaches Turks & Caicos and Beaches Negril—combine Caribbean beaches with family suites, Kids Camp, Sesame Street experiences, waterparks, dining and activities for multiple generations. The wedding can be the center of the week without becoming the only experience. McNellis Travel compares the resort, room block, flights, transfers, package terms and age-specific needs so every guest receives a practical booking path.

PACKAGE TIERS & GROUP SIZE

Beaches Wedding Package Inclusions and Costs: Beaches Wedding Package Inclusions and Costs: Beaches Wedding Package Inclusions and Costs: From an Intimate Family Ceremony to a Major Celebration

Beaches publishes package size and qualification guidance rather than one universal total. Accommodation is separate, and each event proposal must reflect the selected resort, date and guest list.

Up to 10 resort guests

Sweetheart

Complimentary with a qualifying seven-night Club or Butler stay

Sweetheart is the entry point for an intimate family wedding. Complimentary eligibility depends on the current stay, room-category, day and time conditions. Accommodation, marriage fees, private events, décor upgrades and extra guests remain separate. Verify every inclusion before describing the wedding as free.

11–50 resort guests

Bliss

Customized group proposal

Bliss supports a larger family circle with wedding-week possibilities and more event planning. The final cost depends on room block, guest count, ceremony, reception duration, food, bar, décor and entertainment. Children count toward venue capacity and catered-event pricing unless the written proposal states otherwise.

51–140 resort guests

Epic

Customized large-group proposal

Epic is designed for a substantial destination celebration. Large groups require room-category control, arrival coordination, accessible event layouts and clear payment deadlines. The package name does not replace the contract: couples must understand which rooms qualify, how benefits are earned and what happens if the group shrinks.

Published packages and promotions can change. Custom flowers, décor, photography, videography, private meals, entertainment, legal fees and off-resort services may be additional.

VENUES & CEREMONY LOCATIONS

Beaches Wedding Venues and Family Resort Options: Beaches Wedding Venues and Family Resort Options: Beaches Wedding Venues and Family Resort Options: Choose Between Grace Bay Scale and Negril Ease

Multigenerational Caribbean destination wedding celebration

Beaches Turks & Caicos

This large multi-village resort on Grace Bay offers extensive room inventory, dining and family facilities. Its scale supports major groups but creates more walking and coordination. Confirm the exact ceremony and reception location, guest-room villages, waterpark distance and how older relatives or strollers will move between events.

Caribbean beachfront destination wedding ceremony

Beaches Negril

Negril provides a more compact rhythm on Seven Mile Beach, with shorter internal distances and a distinctly Jamaican setting. The airport transfer is longer than the Providenciales transfer for Turks & Caicos, which matters for toddlers and grandparents. Room layout and beach conditions should still be matched to the group.

Family-friendly oceanfront destination wedding ceremony

Beachfront & Oceanfront Gazebos

All current Beaches resorts offer beachfront ceremony possibilities, and both Turks & Caicos and Negril publish oceanfront gazebo options. Ask about capacity, privacy, shade, sound limits, sand accessibility and the indoor rain alternative. Venue diagrams should reflect the actual ceremony or reception layout.

GROUP PERKS & FAMILY ROOM BLOCKS

Room Selection Must Work for Real Families

Groups of five or more rooms may qualify for complimentary-room credit. The room block should also solve bedding, privacy, connecting-room, crib, bathroom and accessibility needs across the guest list.

DINING, RECEPTIONS & GUEST EXPERIENCE

Create Private Moments Inside an All-Inclusive Family Vacation

Private Receptions & Catering

Custom bar setups, hors d’oeuvres and plated or buffet dinners can be arranged for added setup and per-person fees. Confirm child pricing, highchairs, allergies, cake, service time and backup space. Cake options currently include vanilla, chocolate, Caribbean fruit, red velvet, carrot and brownie, with dietary alternatives by request.

Newlyweds celebrating with children and multigenerational guests

Children, Tweens & Teens

Scheduled Kids Camp, Sesame Street activities, waterparks and teen programming can keep younger guests engaged beyond the ceremony. Premium character experiences, private childcare and after-hours nanny services may cost extra. Parents should never assume supervision is available during every wedding event without a confirmed arrangement.

Wedding-Week Activities

Included snorkeling, selected scuba, water sports, pools and entertainment can create informal group time without purchasing a private function. Couples may add welcome events, musicians, dance floors or Island Routes excursions. Age, certification, weather and medical rules apply to specific activities.

HONEYMOON & COUPLES AMENITIES

Celebrate as Newlyweds Without Leaving the Family Behind

Beaches is family-first, but couples can still create private honeymoon time through Red Lane Spa, a candlelight dinner, an upgraded suite, nanny service or a post-wedding extension. The Beaches Honeymoon Hop may allow a multi-resort stay under current rules. Couples wanting a fully adults-only honeymoon can explore a separate Sandals stay after the family celebration. Registry options may help fund a room upgrade, spa service, excursion or trip contribution.

LEGAL & PLANNING LOGISTICS

Jamaica and Turks & Caicos Have Different Requirements
