PACKAGE TIERS & GROUP SIZE
Beaches publishes package size and qualification guidance rather than one universal total. Accommodation is separate, and each event proposal must reflect the selected resort, date and guest list.
Sweetheart is the entry point for an intimate family wedding. Complimentary eligibility depends on the current stay, room-category, day and time conditions. Accommodation, marriage fees, private events, décor upgrades and extra guests remain separate. Verify every inclusion before describing the wedding as free.
Bliss supports a larger family circle with wedding-week possibilities and more event planning. The final cost depends on room block, guest count, ceremony, reception duration, food, bar, décor and entertainment. Children count toward venue capacity and catered-event pricing unless the written proposal states otherwise.
Epic is designed for a substantial destination celebration. Large groups require room-category control, arrival coordination, accessible event layouts and clear payment deadlines. The package name does not replace the contract: couples must understand which rooms qualify, how benefits are earned and what happens if the group shrinks.
Published packages and promotions can change. Custom flowers, décor, photography, videography, private meals, entertainment, legal fees and off-resort services may be additional.
VENUES & CEREMONY LOCATIONS
This large multi-village resort on Grace Bay offers extensive room inventory, dining and family facilities. Its scale supports major groups but creates more walking and coordination. Confirm the exact ceremony and reception location, guest-room villages, waterpark distance and how older relatives or strollers will move between events.
Negril provides a more compact rhythm on Seven Mile Beach, with shorter internal distances and a distinctly Jamaican setting. The airport transfer is longer than the Providenciales transfer for Turks & Caicos, which matters for toddlers and grandparents. Room layout and beach conditions should still be matched to the group.
All current Beaches resorts offer beachfront ceremony possibilities, and both Turks & Caicos and Negril publish oceanfront gazebo options. Ask about capacity, privacy, shade, sound limits, sand accessibility and the indoor rain alternative. Venue diagrams should reflect the actual ceremony or reception layout.

Beaches currently publishes marriage-license and administrative fees of $250 USD in Jamaica and $690 USD in Turks & Caicos. The resort Wedding Concierge collects the fee, with a $250 deposit due at booking and the balance currently due 60 days before arrival.
Marriage certificates are currently estimated at six to eight weeks for Jamaica and eight to ten weeks for Turks & Caicos. Document and residency requirements must be verified for the couple’s citizenship and ceremony type.
