Designed for two resort guests, this intimate format keeps the ceremony and honeymoon at the center. Accommodation is separate. The exact ceremony time, included services, photography credits, legal processing and eligible venues must be confirmed for the selected island and resort.
The Sweetheart package may be complimentary Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. when the couple stays seven nights or longer in an eligible Club or Butler category. Published qualifications can change. Guest count, room category, dates and ceremony time must all match the current terms.
Bliss is positioned for a larger celebration and wedding-week events. Room count, guest attendance, private functions, décor and concessions shape the proposal. A quoted package should identify which events, hours, menus, bars, setup and service charges are included rather than relying on the package name alone.
Epic supports substantial destination wedding groups with more complex room inventory and event needs. Larger blocks increase possible benefits but also increase contractual exposure. Attrition, release dates, deposits, room-category mix and event minimums should be reviewed before the couple asks guests to commit.
Customization may include upgraded florals, chairs, structures, lighting, entertainment, photography, videography and private events. Every line item should appear in the written wedding proposal.
CEREMONY VENUES & EVENT LOCATIONS
Selected resorts offer overwater chapels with glass aisles and wide sea views. Other resort-specific options include the Barbados Sky Terrace, Royal Curaçao golf-course setting, Royal Bahamian offshore island and Saint Vincent riverside pavilion. Many signature venues carry an added fee, and capacity varies by location.
Every Sandals resort offers beachfront possibility, while many have oceanfront gazebos. Privacy, sand accessibility, wind, sunset direction and resort traffic should be compared. A beautiful beach is not automatically the best setting for an older guest, formal attire or elaborate décor.
Garden gazebos create a lush alternative to open sand, and Sandals Montego Bay has a traditional resort chapel. Cocktail and dinner receptions may use gardens, beaches or indoor rooms. Every outdoor plan needs a written weather alternative, including how and when the resort makes the relocation decision.
GROUP PERKS & ROOM BLOCKS

DINING, RECEPTIONS & COCKTAIL HOURS
Current Sweetheart inclusions feature a private one-hour cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, sparkling-wine toast, signature cocktail and non-alcoholic beverages. Larger or longer events require a proposal. Premium bars, passed service and dedicated event staff can add per-person or setup charges.
Resort guests can use the included restaurants, but a private rehearsal dinner or reception is a separate event decision. Sandals offers plated and buffet catering options, plus cake flavors that currently include vanilla, chocolate, Caribbean fruit, red velvet, carrot and brownie. Vegan cake may be requested.
Couples may add a welcome cocktail, game night, DJ, dance floor, musicians or private excursion. Resort entertainment, snorkeling and selected water sports can create informal group time without buying another private function. Exact activities vary by resort and conditions.
HONEYMOON UPGRADES & COUPLES AMENITIES
The current micro-wedding inclusions describe sparkling wine and a sweet treat, romantic turndown on the wedding night, breakfast in bed on one morning and a honeymoon dinner in a specialty restaurant. A credit may apply toward selected romantic experiences. Couples can also consider an overwater bungalow, swim-up room, Butler category, private candlelight dinner or spa service. Room inventory and package inclusions must be matched to the booked resort; nothing should be presented as fleetwide when it is category- or property-specific.
LEGAL & PLANNING LOGISTICS
Sandals currently publishes marriage-license and administrative fees ranging by island, including $250 USD in Jamaica and up to $749 USD for a legal wedding in Curaçao. Fees change and do not replace the need to verify documents, residency timing and citizenship-specific requirements.

The Sweetheart package may be complimentary only when the current qualifying stay, room category, day and ceremony-time conditions are met. Accommodation, legal fees, décor upgrades, private receptions, entertainment and other additions can still cost extra.
Sandals resorts are adults-only. Limited ceremony-only access for children requires advance wedding-planner and resort management approval and is not guaranteed. Beaches Resorts is the more natural family-friendly alternative.
Sandals currently states that Jamaica, Antigua, The Bahamas, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Barbados and Curaçao do not require medical or blood tests. Each destination still has its own document, fee, residency and processing rules.
Sandals currently states that a $250 non-refundable deposit is due at booking and the total balance is due 60 days before arrival. Custom items, administrative fees and supplier services may have separate non-refundable terms.
